David Pozos is Chief Customer & Innovation Officer at GO fit, where he connects product, customer experience, sales, marketing, and innovation to transform health at scale. His career spans nearly three decades in fitness, sports management, teaching, and high performance.
In the 2022/23 season, he was the strength and conditioning manager for FC Barcelona’s first team, which won LaLiga and the Spanish Super Cup, and has worked in elite environments. He is a PhD candidate in sports science, holds a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science, is a physical education teacher, NSCA-CSCS certified, and has a Master’s degree in sports science research.
She holds master’s degrees in high performance and sports facility management. Her work focuses on sustainable performance, longevity, technology, and new fitness models capable of generating measurable results for thousands of people.
A practical look at the principles shared by high performance, fitness, and functional longevity. Participants will learn to integrate strength, cardiorespiratory capacity, recovery, and load management to perform better today without compromising their health tomorrow.
